Which places enable creativity and innovation? Which strategies, buildings, spaces, exteriors, interiors, landscapes do we need to be inspired, to dwell, to create, to work, to be motivated?

Nina Mischke has a deep desire to deconstruct and transform architecture and design—finding imperfection in perfection, embracing mistakes, breaking rules, and allowing for wild growth. She seeks interdisciplinary spaces, non-spaces, and open spaces—places that invite participation, discourse, and exchange.

With a background in Interior Architecture and Spatial Strategies, she is driven to create environments and atmospheres with a sustainable, socially reflective approach. For her, design is a tool to support diverse human needs.

She finds joy in observing and analyzing a wide variety of narrative qualities. Whether in cultural, educational, or exhibition processes, her goal is to provide impulses for communal contexts that shape and inspire. Her passion for art installations and set design further fuels her exploration of spatial storytelling—creating immersive, atmospheric experiences that engage and connect people on a deeper level.

Working as a multidisciplinary Gestalter at the interface of architecture, design, graphics, and art, Nina constantly strives to create spaces that are not only aesthetic and functional but also experienceable—spaces that inspire, connect, and foster creativity and innovation through thoughtful spatial narratives and immersive design.
